We slid straight from our flight from Hawaii into the backseat of Nick’s car. Despite it being a holiday weekend, and while other realtors had already told us that they would love to help AFTER the long weekend, Nick was unflinching in his selfless willingness to support our search at the pace we saw fit.

Prior to even arriving, Nick completed all of the administration necessary due to additional COVID requirements. Throughout our hunt Nick provided a unique perspective In considering a home or area.

The most telling elements of our experience were Nick’s willingness to tell us what we didn’t want to hear. It wasn’t about finding whatever house he could fit us in and move on to the next sale...it was about helping us find the RIGHT home for our family. He did a great job helping us pull out the positives and negatives without leading the conversation, but rather asking us pointed questions - not afraid to call us out when we might have been trying too hard to make a property to fit when it didn’t make sense.

At our urging, we looked at more houses than a person should in a single day and Nick helped us keep everything straight in our minds. If we were shuffling through houses on Zillow and found one that was interesting, he would have us cleared to go through it before we could find another. During the height of the COVID pandemic, Nick supplied us the gloves, sanitizer, and masks and never made our house hunt feel like it was too much for him. After missing meals the first day we were with him, Nick showed up on day two with a cooler packed with healthy snacks and caffeinated drinks.

When we toured the home that we ultimately purchased, Nick knew before we did that it was special. Behind the scenes, he was looking for all the elements that he knew interested us in the home so as we processed the possibilities at the end of the day it was much easier to remember the key elements.

When we were under contract and working through the stressful path towards closing, Nick was there at every step. He’s walked through the entire home inspection with us, and helped point out challenges or additional issues that we needed to ensure were addressed. When we finally got the keys - he drove across LA to give them to us.

In the end, as we reflect on our time with him, it is clear that he has a true talent in this area. Despite limited experience, he is well entrenched in the art of helping people find and purchase a home. He wasn’t afraid to admit when he wasn’t sure, and was quick to find the answer and get back to us. In the end - we absolutely give our highest recommendation for using Nick as your guide to finding a new property. I know if we end up deciding to purchase another property Nick will be at the top of our list.

Nick was fantastic to work with! As first time home buyers, Josh and I were a little nervous about the entire process. But, Nick did a great job ensuring that we felt comfortable and as well-informed as possible. Nick would accompany us to all of the showings and his friendly and professional attitude always put us at ease. He took the time to better understand what we were looking for in a home, and followed up with questions after each showing to get a sense of what aspects we did or did not like about a place/area. During the showings, Nick also took initiative to ask the seller's agent questions we may have missed - which we really appreciated. The last thing we'd like to note is that Nick was great when it came to communication. He was super responsive and followed up quickly when we had any questions (& we had a lot, especially when it came to putting in an offer and then closing on a home lol).
